What this is

A tool that fills in templates from what you type. It isn't legal advice, and using it doesn't make us your adviser. We don't check your details, your prices or your choices, including whether an exclusion applies to your job. You're responsible for what you hand to your customers. Ask a solicitor or Trading Standards if you're unsure.

No body has approved or endorsed these templates. The law can change. The rules page says when we last checked it.

Where it applies

The templates are for jobs in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. They don't cover the Republic of Ireland.

Price and payment

The preview is free. A clean PDF costs £4.99 per pack, paid through Stripe when the payment link is live. Any VAT position is shown at checkout. You get the clean PDF in your browser straight after paying.

You're buying this for your business, so we treat the sale as a business purchase. If a clean PDF doesn't download or doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

What we're liable for

Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it, and we aren't liable for loss of business, profit or contracts.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you're in another part of the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you are if the law gives you that right.
